The Health Care Center will enhance health and health related to mental and stress for students (including international students) and faculty members through the following.
- Performing stress checks: In addition to regular checkups and overtime checks, you can regularly check your mind and stress by using the DX-based health app. By doing so, you can quickly notice mental health problems and lead to prevention and consultation.
- Mental health counseling: A psychiatrist will provide general health counseling regarding mental health and stress. Consult with us not only about mental disorders such as “I don’t feel well”, “I can’t sleep”, and “I’m nervous in public”, but also about physical disorders such as “I don’t have an appetite” and “I eat too much”. I am accepting.
- Counseling / Student Counseling: A counselor (clinical psychologist) will provide counseling for various problems in student life. We will think together about various problems such as schoolwork, career paths, and interpersonal relationships.
- Dissemination of knowledge about mental health: We aim to deepen our understanding of mental health and stress prevention through periodicals, the Internet, and seminars.
