Let me know the health check up schedule.

Available in online reservation form.

Let me know the time required for the health check up.

About 30 min from check in throughout the procedures. Note that the required time may change due to the number of examinees. Please make sure to give yourself enough time to get a checkup.

I failed to log in to the online reservation/questionnaire system.

Please try followings.
・Restart the browser.
・Access through the other browser (if available).
・Access from your smartphone or another PC. 
If they do not work, contact us by e-mail (health@hiroshima-u.ac.jp).

If I change the reservation date, should I re-enter the online questionnaire?

No, you need not to re-enter the online questionnaire when you change the reservation date.

Is a health checkup mandatory?

The Japanese School Health and Safety Act notes the necessity of health checkups. Health checkup is important for your health management. Please do take an annual checkup.

I belong to Higashi-Hiroshima campus (or Kasumi campus). Can I get a health checkup in Higashi-Senda campus?

No, you cannot get a chekup in Higashi-Senda campus since the acceptable number of examinees is limited. In contrast, those who belong to Higashi-Senda campus can get a checkup in Higashi-Hiroshima or Kasumi campus.

Where can I get a urine test kit (Pee-Pole)?

（Spring）Available at each student support office and Health Service Center.
（Autumn) Available at Health Service Center.

I failed to collect a morning urine sample.

We can still examine the urine sample collected later.

If I am in a menstruation period on the health checkup day, can I cancel a urine test?

Within 3 days before/after menstruation period, you don’t need to submit a urine sample at the checkup day. Instead, we will inform you another schedule to submit a urine sample.

Can I submit a urine sample other than the designated day?

Sorry for inconvenience but we cannot accept a urine sample other than the designated days. We appreciate for your understanding.

When and where can I receive the results and a certificate of the health checkup?

The results will be available to you about 3 weeks after the checkup. When it will be ready, we will inform you about how to check the results and get a certificate via “MOMIJI”.

I cannot attend the health checkup on the designated days.

In such case, please get a health checkup at outside institutions. Please refer to the web page of Health Service Center for more details (HEALTH CHECKUP>For students>Those who do not take the health checkups on campus).

Are Checkups in October available for the current students?

No, checkups in October are only for the newly enrolled international students and for graduate school students who enrolled in autumn.

I cannot attend the university health checkup due to a training related to schoolwork. What shall I need to do?

Please contact Health Service Center (health@hiroshima-u.ac.jp).

I have already gotten a checkup in the other insutitution this year. Do I need to attend the university checkup?

No, you don’t need to attend the university checkup if you submit the result of the checkup to us :HSC. The detail is described in the web page of Healh Service Center  (HEALTH CHECKUP>For students>Those who do not take the health checkups on campus).
